I went to a 6:30 movie last night and it was dark when I left - there was no one walking out at the same time. As I left the theater a man, who had been hiding off to the side, start to follow me. I became of aware of his presence and started to walk faster and then began to run. I eventually, pivoted, faced him and ran back into the theater. Once I was in the theater the manager was called and he came down and asked me what had happened. He acknowledged that there was a creepy man who had been hanging out in the parking lot and with whom they had had a previous complaint. I asked him to please walk me to my car and he said he could not, would not and that there was NOTHING that they/he could do. I asked him why if they did not any action to protect their patrons at the theater and they said that it was not their responsibility - past the doors of the theater and that there was nothing he could do and he walked away. I was shaking, scared and very upset. The police came and I was escorted to my car.
Went to this place two days in a row with my wife and we really experienced wonderful times watching those movies in big screens. I recommend this place to others who want to be happy and comfortable while enjoying your selected movies.
Good place and all but...I had my mobile ticket but I still had to wait in the ticket line just to get in. Maybe they should have a mobile ticket line. Other than that a nice place. No reclining seats though.
Theater was clean, shows started on time. Pre-ordering tickets was easy and walking through the door with the QR Code was quick. Overpriced food and drink (I know, it’s a theater, they are ridiculous), but their variety is getting better. Women’s bathrooms are HORRENDOUS. We went 2 days in a row, a Saturday 4pm and Sunday 1pm. Multiple out-of-order toilets, the remainders were either stuffed with toilet paper, urine and feces or the seats were covered in urine spray. Toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. Wet counters, wet floors. Seriously one of the most disgusting public bathrooms I have been in for a LONG time. In a theater that size and that busy, they need someone (or two people) every shift on bathrooms. I hope management reads this and fixes it. We will be going somewhere else for quite a while before we give it another chance.
Traveling on a rainy day and decided to stop in for a movie! Staff was friendly, place seemed clean and tidy. Seating was comfortable. Nice experience.
